Københavns Fødevarefællesskab, KBHFF, is an independent, member-owned and member-driven purchasing cooperative in Copenhagen. We focus on offering delicious and organic/biodynamic locally produced food. For us, “consumer influence” is not just the ability to choose between different products. In the food collective, the customers are both members, ’employees’, and co-owners. Therefore, we regularly organize communal meals, workshops, grower meetings, and farm tours, so that members can get to know each other, our growers, and our vegetables better.
