Sale di Béarn

L'iniziativa Salies de Béarn è stata avviata nell'ottobre 2009, dopo una presentazione di transizione da parte di due membri dell'associazione APQV (tutela della qualità della vita) al consiglio direttivo. Nel dicembre 2009 è stato formato un gruppo direttivo, composto da Sylvain Chevalier, Jean François Gaillard, Kitty de Bruin e Piet van Oudenallen. Recentemente Bernadette Campagne si è unita al gruppo per alcuni mesi. Soprattutto per aiutare il progetto del giardino nella città di Salies. È stato formato un gruppo (groupe de semence) per scambiare idee e conoscenze sul giardinaggio, sono state visitate scuole per avviare progetti di orti scolastici. Il sindaco ci ha chiesto di trasformare un terreno (3000 m2) in un giardino esemplare. Abbiamo proiettato 4 volte il film sulla transizione, tre volte nel municipio di Salies e una volta a Billère insieme all'AMAP di Gan, Slowfood Bèarn en Tissline64. Nel settembre 2010 abbiamo proiettato il film "solutions locales pour un disordre global", seguito da un dibattito sul rapporto con la transizione.

The 13th of november  we organized at  one of the local wine producers  la fête des vignerons, with accordeon music and the visitors brougt their own home made food. The mayor asked us to exploit a piece of land in the midddle of the town to make it an garden to show old varieties of vetegables. The projet community garden is developping
