Transition Enfield

We are a group of volunteers inspired to deliver resilience, self sufficiency and community engagement in Enfield through various voluntary local agro-ecology projects.

We have a specific focus on local micro food production, where we hope to inspire a community-led growing initiative that will collectively reduce the footprint of our food and help to ensure those most vulnerable have enhanced access to nutritious local foods.

We want to ensure no local produce goes to waste; that knowledge is shared between residents and onto younger generations; and that we do our bit in reducing food miles and packaging.
