Salies de Béarn

La iniciativa Salies de Béarn comenzó en octubre de 2009, tras una presentación sobre la transición realizada por dos miembros de la asociación APQV (protección de la calidad de vida) ante la junta directiva. En diciembre de 2009 se formó un grupo directivo, compuesto por Sylvain Chevalier, Jean François Gaillard, Kitty de Bruin y Piet van Oudenallen. Recientemente, Bernadette Campagne se unió al grupo durante unos meses, especialmente para ayudar con el proyecto del huerto en la localidad de Salies. Se formó un grupo (groupe de semence) para intercambiar ideas y conocimientos sobre jardinería, y se visitaron escuelas para poner en marcha proyectos de huertos escolares. El alcalde nos pidió que convirtiéramos un terreno (3000 m²) en un jardín ejemplar.Proyectamos cuatro veces la película sobre la transición, tres veces en el ayuntamiento de Salies y una vez en Billère, junto con la AMAP de Gan, Slowfood Bèarn y Tissline64. En septiembre de 2010 proyectamos la película «Soluciones locales para un desorden global», seguida de un debate sobre la relación con la transición.

The mayor asked us to exploit a piece of land in the midddle of the town to make it an garden to show old varieties of vetegables. The projet community garden is developping
