Collab Jovem was created to be a space for discovery that connects educational content where comprehensive care for life is the main element. The knowledge and methodologies unfold in the field of sustainability and regeneration in a responsible and fun program!

Based on socio-emotional, sustainable and regenerative education, Collab Jovem will prepare young people, between 14 and 21 years old, who are discovering their place in the world to design their personal and professional life projects, according to their interests and needs.

We promote spaces for speaking, listening and other expressions, so that you can develop autonomy, self-leadership and so that you can flourish, strengthen and enhance your talents and skills in a conscious way, building your future, being who you really are!

Why is Collab for young people between 14 and 21 years old?

THE WORLD IS TRUE!! This is the maxim of the third seven-year period (14 to 21 years old), a phase in which we define some qualities of our soul, qualities intrinsically related to our way of THINKING, FEELING and ACTING in the world!

Imagine what it is like for a young person in this age group to be certain that the world in which they live, the relationships they create, the content they receive and the attitudes they witness are true and authentic. It is at this stage of life that our logical thinking begins to be developed and the young person begins to question the world and everyone, including themselves. The existential questions begin to ask themselves: “Who am I?”!

Learning now takes place through freedom, where community and true (authentic) experiences are fundamental for this young person to feel like they belong. Young people have an inner strength that wants to expand into the world. The way to deal with it is through dialogue, encounters, and the exchange of opinions, where young people can express their thoughts and feelings, as well as hear their resonate in the world. It is during this period that we begin to have more autonomous and critical thinking, as we mature in our judgment.

So, trust me, your young people are ready for the Collab Jovem festival, which is guided by DPV – Design of Life Projects, one of whose pillars of integral development is Anthroposophy, created by Rudolf Steiner.

What is the co-creation of Collab Jovem like?

The Program meets UNESCO’s four stages of learning: me with myself, me with the other, me the world, and me in the world, aligned with integral education: learning to be, to coexist, to participate, and to inhabit the world.

This is the Collab Jovem co-creation process:

Local educators choose the knowledge they would like to offer to young people;

The program team and young people who have already completed the immersion curate the offerings and organize the immersion schedule, with simultaneous required and optional experiences; The young participants choose what they want to learn during the in-person and immersive Festival. The young participants choose their tutor who will accompany them individually in the biweekly Tutoring sessions, so that each young person can design their life projects, online until the Celebration and Presentation Meeting of their individual learning journeys, after the festival. It’s simple, based on the knowledge offered by the educators and tutors, the young people choose what they want and need to learn, exercising their autonomy, in a light and meaningful way. After all, if it’s not fun, it’s not sustainable!
