we host a range of activities from small group conversations (6 to 12 people) to skills workshops, film screenings and education forums (20 to 60 people). 10 - 12 activities are offered each year.

Last year we offered re-wilding, permaculture, local geology, and home energy education sessions, sourdough workshops, a native plant swap, a six week resilience circle, as well as tree grafting, fruit tree guild planting, and attracting birds to your property skill building sessions.

Transition Storrington seeks to build local skills, resilience and hope to address the complex societal threats posed by climate change.

Strengthen connections among Storrington residents
Types of group activities:

Skill building (birdhouse, fruit tree grafting, etc.) – small groups
Educational/Learning/Knowledge (movies, lectures) – larger groups
Deep connections (Climate Cafe, Resilience Circle, etc.) – small group work
Projects (tool lending library, community garden) – teams committed to one purpose
