Lucimara Letelier has worked with social and arts&culture causes as manager, consultant, teacher and facilitator. Founder of Museu Vivo (Live Museum), a collaborative platform fostering innovation and sustainability in the museums through initiatives and consultancy. She has committed herself to work with the arts&culture and nonprofit sectors for 21 years in Brazil and internationally, with experience in development, fundraising, communications, arts management as she worked with 36 nonprofit organizations. A teacher in MBA in Museums and Arts Management in Brazil and ICOM Training Center in China. Lucimara was the Development Director at the Museum of Modern Art Rio de Janeiro, Deputy Director Arts British Council and Head of Fundraising ActionAid (now Board Member). Master in Arts Administration Boston University in the US, Graduated in Social Communications. Her transition is grounded on her graduation at Gaia Education in Design in Sustainability (Terra UNA Ecovillage) and Training of the Trainers UNESCO Global Action Programme for change makers plus a Gaia Education EDE Social Dimension course at international level. She then has worked as a facilitator at Gaia Education in Brazil, specially in the topic of art, culture and regeneration
