Omstilling Sagene (Oslo, Noruega)

Sagene é um bairro urbano no centro de Oslo com cerca de 35 000 habitantes. O nosso grupo começou em novembro de 2010 e, desde então, tem implementado uma série de projectos na comunidade. Eis uma breve lista do que o nosso pequeno grupo conseguiu levar a cabo com um orçamento reduzido e muito entusiasmo!
