Parceria Viver Telheiras

Parceria Viver Telheiras is a collaborative network that brings together local institutions, organisations, and informal community groups in the neighbourhood of Telheiras, in the Lumiar Civil Parish, in Lisbon. Its main objectives are to foster resource and information sharing and collaborative work in order to improve the community’s quality of life in the areas of culture, environment, education, and active citizenship.

The platform brings together around 20 organisations and promotes initiatives with a significant impact on the neighbourhood’s daily life and identity, including community events such as the annual Telheiras Festival; environmental and sustainability projects, including circular economy initiatives and a Renewable Energy Community; and social cohesion actions aimed at strengthening neighbourly relationships, building a shared local identity, and fostering a stronger sense of belonging among residents.
