Our annual pruning workshops in the Grangefield Community Orchard, volunteer orchard management and autumn apple pressing in cooperation with a local farm shop, bring in 50+ members of the public. We anticipate that the Cleeve Repair Cafe will involve around 20 volunteers and attract 30+ attendees each month

We offer activities at an annual Summer Fair, focussing each year on an aspect of sustainability. We have also collaborated with local libraries and schools
Transition Cleeve has been in operation continuously since early 2009. Its geographic scope is the large and expanding community of Bishops Cleeve in north Gloucestershire, plus the surrounding villages of Woodmancote, Southam, Teddington, Oxenton, Gotherington and Stoke Orchard. Over the years, we have run various projects including Warm Homes, Eco Homes, Local Food. We have also held public talks and film screenings, to raise awareness of climate change.
Currently we are managing and expanding a community orchard (https://www.facebook.com/grangefieldcommunityorchard/) and we are launching a monthly Repair Cafe starting in October 2024.
We welcome new members!
