Biografía de su formador/facilitador

I have an academic background in European languages and study of religion. In 2000 I established Hallowell Gardens, a crosscultural education centre in Eastern Ontario, Canada. I’ve been involved in various aspects of newcomer settlement in the Greater Toronto Area since 1989.
I completed the first International Transition training offered in Canada, and helped to establish Transition PEC with support from local groups such as the County Sustainability Group, Shout Sister Community Choir, and St. Andrews church and gathering space.
I co-created a Teachers Manual for volunteers doing online training with young Afghan women in sports, and am on the Advisory Committee for the community of practice formed by graduates of Connecting for Climate Change Action, a course offered by Western University.  In 2025 I initiated a cross cultural training collaboration for women and girls in several countries that uses an interdisciplinary approach to mental, physical and social well being, and draws on my 20 years of choir singing experience.
