The Stoke Model has been established to create an alternative economy across North Staffordshire that is built to function in the interests of ordinary people, small businesses, and those excluded from the mainstream economy. This is its mission: human-focused, guerrilla economics.

The Stoke Model will achieve this through the development of a hyper-local economic model that focuses on:

• The elimination of all forms of waste; and,
• Development of the ‘Stoke Model’, that will establish and grow the provision of Universal Basic Services, and an Innovation Unit that will focus on the redesign of service provision, saleable Intellectual Capital, technology and patents.
