Kenmore

Transition Town Kenmore covers the Pullenvale city council ward in Brisbane Australia, stretching along the Brisbane river from Kenmore to Karana Downs and into the hills to Upper Brookfield.

The group celebrated its first birthday in July 09. Outcomes from the first year include a farmers market, solar HWS buying group, monthly educational meetings, talks to local groups, groundwork for community garden and a couple of gardening workshops. Since then along with our monthly meetings we have started running community dinners and permablitzs.

Our regular meetings are on the 3rd Wednesday of the month. 7:30pm, Uniting Church Hall 982 Moggill Rd Kenmore
