З лютого 2011 року ми сформували керівний комітет та ініціювали проведення семінарів і заходів:

• conducted an all day Open Space session
• conducted workshops and demonstrations on heirloom seed saving, vermicomposting, mushroom culture, preserving and fermenting, wild food, season extending, composting
• a group seed purchasing and 2 seed exchanges,
• a group purchase of cold hardy fruit trees and shrubs (44 families)
• compiling a directory of volunteer and not for profit organizations that we can liase with on issues of transition and resilience
• communal hoophouse purchases and raising in conjunction with season extending practices
• a grain CSA has started
• members are doing alternative building practices
