Transition South Barwon is a Transition group, focusing on the 3216 area – including the suburbs of Belmont, Highton, Waurn Ponds, Grovedale, Wandana Heights, and Marshall.

Our Group is established to inspire the community with a positive vision of a “post-carbon” future that is energy-lean, time-rich, less stressful, healthier and happier.

We are currently are engaged in various aspects of:

– Grovedale Community Orchard – Awareness Raising & Film nights. – Community Gardening / Community Orchard – Community Foodswaps

And more… we welcome new members, and people to get involved in activities in their area.
