Coleraine in Transition is a community venture aiming to pool skills and resources to assist and encourage progress in sustainability.

We are aware of growing pressure on families and businesses due to climate change, energy costs, and we want to embrace change.

There are many ongoing projects within our geographical area that are doing well, private and community initiatives, and we hope to bring a wider knowledge of these so that all the community can benefit.
