Der Transition Scotland Hub wird von SCCAN, dem Netzwerk für den Klimaschutz in schottischen Gemeinden.

Das Ziel von SCCAN ist die Unterstützung von Maßnahmen auf kommunaler Ebene zur Bewältigung des Klima- und Naturnotstands und die Arbeit für ein gerechtes, blühendes und widerstandsfähiges Schottland. Für weitere Informationen und um sich zu engagieren, besuchen Sie bitte SCCANs Website hier.

9 aus 20 Gruppen sind seit kurzem auf dieser Website aktiv (45%).

Mehr als 360 Menschen nehmen an der Transition-Organisation teil.

Mehr als 19480 Menschen wurden mit dieser Arbeit erreicht.
